At ACE Trucking Academy, our goal is to provide every student with an outstanding training experience. We understand that concerns or misunderstandings can occasionally arise, and we are committed to addressing them promptly, fairly, and respectfully.

If your experience has not met your expectations, we want to hear from you. Your feedback gives us the opportunity to better understand your concerns and work together toward a resolution.

Internal Complaint Procedure

Step 1

If you have a concern, we encourage you to speak with a member of our administrative staff so we can better understand your experience and work toward a resolution. We will gladly schedule a time for you to speak with the School Director and guide you through the process of submitting your concern in writing.

Written concerns may be submitted by email to info@acetruckingacademy.com.

To help us review your concern thoroughly, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Date(s) of occurrence
  • A detailed description of your concern
  • Your desired resolution
  • Any supporting documentation or information

Step 2

Once your concern has been submitted, a member of our administrative team will schedule a meeting with the School Director, either in person, by phone, or via Zoom.

During this meeting, we will listen to your concerns, review the circumstances, and work diligently to reach a fair resolution. In most cases, we strive to provide a response or proposed solution within 24 to 48 hours.

Step 3

If you remain dissatisfied after completing the school's internal complaint process, you may submit a formal complaint to the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC).
